Preview scope

You may use the current browser tools to create, edit and test your own assets and worlds. Keep backups. Features, capacity and compatibility are limited by the current release and your device; no particular frame rate, resolution, earnings or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed. Nothing in this notice excludes obligations or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Ownership and permissions

You keep rights in your original project content. Guassia does not acquire ownership merely because you open or convert a file. You are responsible for the rights needed to import, use and distribute third-party content. Public access to a sample world does not grant rights to redistribute its music or artwork.

Software and export terms

Guassia's original software, branding and supplied original materials remain subject to their applicable license. Retain the notices included with an export. Three.js, Spark, fflate and other third-party components retain their own licenses; these notices do not narrow rights independently granted by those licenses.

New preview packages are for personal creation, learning, private testing and backup. Downloading or exporting does not itself grant permission to redistribute Guassia's original runtime or publicly distribute a packaged game containing it. Public release requires separate permission through Guassia's publishing program. Your original content remains yours, independently licensed third-party permissions remain intact, and these notices do not revoke rights previously granted with earlier downloads.

Commercial creation policy

Commercial permission for games and assets made with the browser editor or downloaded creation tools is available only through the Guassia Games Store or Guassia Asset Store under separately accepted creator terms. Your original content remains yours; earlier grants, third-party licenses and mandatory rights remain intact. General signup and free browser editing do not accept this policy automatically.

GUASSIA CREATION AND COMMERCIAL DISTRIBUTION POLICY

Free private creation. Guassia's original creation software is available without an engine-use charge for private creation, learning, testing and backup under the applicable preview license. Browser editing does not require a purchase. That private preview permission does not grant commercial distribution or monetization permission for games or assets created or materially modified in the browser editor. Commercial permission for browser-created work must be obtained through the official Guassia stores under separately and explicitly accepted creator terms; a browser export alone grants no such permission. Earlier independent grants and mandatory rights remain intact.

Commercial distribution through Guassia only. If you explicitly accept this policy to obtain new Guassia creation tools, you agree that commercial distribution or monetization of games and assets you create or materially modify with those tools after acceptance must take place exclusively through the official Guassia Games Store or Guassia Asset Store, as appropriate. Selling copies or licenses, paid access, in-game purchases, advertising or sponsorship within that game or asset, and supplying it to another business for commercial use are covered commercial uses. A commercial use that the Guassia stores do not support is not licensed by this policy; it requires a separate written agreement with Guassia. A file export, a removed watermark or a changed file format does not create additional distribution permission.

Creator ownership and earlier rights. Your original game, art, music, writing and independently authored code remain yours. This policy does not transfer creator copyright to Guassia. It does not revoke or narrow rights independently granted with earlier downloads, a separate agreement, third-party licenses, or mandatory law. Merely importing or viewing independently created work does not transfer its ownership or cancel its existing licenses. The condition above governs your agreed commercial use of new creation tools; it is not a claim that Guassia owns every imported or exported file.

Publication and prices. Public distribution of a packaged game containing Guassia's original runtime still requires the applicable publishing permission and review. The planned desktop stores charge a one-time US$100 publishing fee per game, including games priced at US$0. Asset uploads are free. Creators may choose a price of US$0. Guassia retains 30% of paid third-party game and asset sales, subject to the final disclosed treatment of taxes, processor fees, refunds and chargebacks. There is no Enterprise subscription and no browser checkout. Acceptance creates no payment, purchase, publication, payout or entitlement. Store publishing and payments remain unavailable until their services and final transaction terms are connected and approved.

Explicit acceptance and records. Browsing, making a general account, or using an earlier download does not by itself accept this policy. New creator-tool downloads and a future publishing submission require an authenticated acceptance record for this exact policy version and text hash. The server records the verified account identifier, version, hash, request reference and acceptance time; it does not infer agreement from a username, email suffix, client checkbox saved locally, or an earlier policy version.

Not DRM or legal clearance. Export notices and acceptance records document policy and provenance. They do not prevent all copying, prove ownership of creator content, guarantee an enforceable remedy in every jurisdiction, or replace regional legal review and complete commercial terms. Mandatory consumer and other non-waivable rights remain intact.

Acceptable use

Do not use hosted features to distribute unlawful content, malware, stolen credentials, abusive personal data, sexual exploitation material, or content that violates others' rights. Do not bypass account or export-entitlement controls, impersonate an institution, resell access under someone else's eligibility, or intentionally disrupt the service. Lawful security research and rights granted by mandatory law are not prohibited by a blanket ban on inspection.

Desktop stores and creator pricing

The browser editor is free to use and has no purchases or credit top-ups. The installed application contains previews of the Guassia Games Store and Guassia Asset Store; live purchases remain closed. The publishing model is a one-time US$100 fee per game, including games priced at zero; asset uploads are free. Creators choose the price, including zero. Guassia retains 30% of paid game and asset sales, subject to the final disclosed treatment of tax, processor fees, refunds and chargebacks. There is no Enterprise subscription.

Paid publishing and purchases remain closed. Before any payment, the service must disclose the merchant, total price, delivery and compatibility information, refund/cancellation process, creator payout terms and applicable consumer rights. Payment alone does not establish acceptance for publication. No purchase or recurring charge is authorized by visiting this site.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Where those laws apply, rights relating to digital content that is not supplied, faulty or not as described are separate from change-of-mind cancellation rights.

Education distribution

The proposed education license allows free private educational exports for verified eligible accounts, with the Guassia watermark and receipt retained. Public hosting, storefront releases, public downloads, sublicensing and commercial distribution of that education-licensed package require separate written permission. Breaches may lead to suspension and lawful remedies; no notice promises that a lawsuit will succeed or creates an automatic penalty.
