Preview scope
You may use the current browser tools to create, edit and test your own assets and worlds. Keep backups. Features, capacity and compatibility are limited by the current release and your device; no particular frame rate, resolution, earnings or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed. Nothing in this notice excludes obligations or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Ownership and permissions
You keep rights in your original project content. Guassia does not acquire ownership merely because you open or convert a file. You are responsible for the rights needed to import, use and distribute third-party content. Public access to a sample world does not grant rights to redistribute its music or artwork.
Software and export terms
Guassia's original software, branding and supplied original materials remain subject to their applicable license. Retain the notices included with an export. Three.js, Spark, fflate and other third-party components retain their own licenses; these notices do not narrow rights independently granted by those licenses.
Existing website-package downloads remain the current free preview workflow. A future education Windows export will carry a separate, expressly accepted education license. These proposed education restrictions are not retroactively applied to earlier downloads or to your independently created content.
Acceptable use
Do not use hosted features to distribute unlawful content, malware, stolen credentials, abusive personal data, sexual exploitation material, or content that violates others' rights. Do not bypass account or export-entitlement controls, impersonate an institution, resell access under someone else's eligibility, or intentionally disrupt the service. Lawful security research and rights granted by mandatory law are not prohibited by a blanket ban on inspection.
Future paid services
There is no checkout here. Any paid export or subscription must show its total price, scope, delivery terms, renewal conditions if relevant, cancellation/refund process and applicable consumer rights before payment. No purchase or recurring charge is authorized by visiting this site.
Education distribution
The proposed education license allows free private educational exports for verified eligible accounts, with the Guassia watermark and receipt retained. Public hosting, storefront releases, public downloads, sublicensing and commercial distribution of that education-licensed package require separate written permission. Breaches may lead to suspension and lawful remedies; no notice promises that a lawsuit will succeed or creates an automatic penalty.
