What stays on your device

The world draft is stored in this browser's local storage. Imported Gaussian assets and selected audio are stored in IndexedDB on this device. Look settings and your language preference are stored locally when available. Imports are processed in your browser; the current editor does not upload your draft, asset files or audio to a Guassia account. Downloading a ZIP creates a copy on your device. Publishing that ZIP elsewhere is a separate action.

Hosting and traffic measurement

Cloudflare delivers and protects this site and provides traffic measurement. Delivery necessarily involves network requests, including IP addresses and request information handled by the hosting provider. Cloudflare Web Analytics reports visits and performance without an analytics cookie or a persistent visitor identifier. The editor does not send your project contents to that analytics service. Hosting/security processing and traffic analytics are different activities.

Advertising and accounts

No advertising network, behavioral-advertising pixel, education signup form or payment checkout is installed in this release. We do not use imported project files for advertising or to train an AI model. Future features that collect account information will have a collection notice, a defined retention policy and appropriate choices before they open.

Control your local copies

Save a backup with Save → Download website ZIP before clearing site data. Use your browser's site-data settings to remove Guassia local storage and IndexedDB; this removes local drafts, assets, audio and preferences and cannot restore them without a backup. Downloaded files are separate and remain wherever you saved them. Starting a new world changes the active draft; it does not erase every library asset.

Privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export personal data, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent and complain to a relevant supervisory authority. Rights and exceptions vary. Guassia cannot retrieve device-only projects from its server because those files are not uploaded by the editor.

The operator contact is pending publication. This must be completed before account or education-verification information is collected.

Students and young people

School-account registration and document collection are closed. No student records should be submitted here. A school email address does not establish age or parental permission. Child-facing account features require an appropriate guardian/school-consent process before launch.

Changes

This notice must be updated when data practices change. A language selector changes presentation; it does not imply a different hosting location or alter your legal rights.
