The operator business identity and commercial terms are being finalized. Verified-email accounts and saved creator listing drafts are available. Education-license issuance, store publishing, purchases and creator payouts remain closed. These notices describe the current preview; they are not a claim of worldwide legal clearance.
The current service
Guassia currently offers the online ASHVEIL Engine Preview, sample worlds, local project downloads, and an installed desktop app with free creation tools. Asset Engine is a desktop application. Guests may play public browser games and try editing in memory. Sign in with a verified-email account to save or export browser work, persist imported media, or install and use the desktop creation tools. The same account and username work in the browser and desktop app. Signed-in creators can save listing metadata drafts through the desktop app; these are separate from local world projects. Hosted creator-file uploads, store publication, live purchases and creator payouts are not available. An editor save, listing draft or tool installation does not publish a game or asset.
Your work remains yours
You retain rights in the original work you bring to Guassia. Other people's assets and bundled software retain their own licenses. A Guassia export does not grant permission to distribute music, images, models or recordings you do not own or have permission to share.
Contact and reports
Send privacy, copyright, accessibility or service reports to [email protected]. Identify the exact page or material, explain the issue and include a way to reply. For a rights report, identify the protected work and your authority to report it. Do not send passwords, student identity documents or sensitive personal information.
International availability
Browser access and translated controls do not mean every feature is legally available in every country. Account availability is not evidence of seller eligibility or worldwide legal review. Hosting, education, advertising and paid features need their own regional review before launch. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law makes non-waivable.
